Update your custom Ivanti WorkSpace Control Administrative Roles to view Logon Performance
Workspace Control 2022.1 version 10.7.20.0 introduced the Logon Performance feature that displays statistics regarding Workspace Control sessions logons. If the feature is enabled, Workspace Control Agent send logon information to the Datacenter when a Workspace Control managed session is started. I won’t go into Logon Performance further, but for more information you can look at the Ivanti Workspace Control Administration Guide
However, in one of our environments, where we wanted to use Logon Performance, the node was not visible under Diagnostics

Because this was an upgraded console, using the Upgrade Pack, we first tried a fresh install using the full .msi. Unfortunately this didn’t solve the issue and Logon Performance still wasn’t visible under Diagnostics.
Upon further investigation we checked the administrative groups my account was member of. My account wasn’t a member of the default Ivanti Workspace Control group named “Technical Managers”, but only a custom “Full Control” group role. Within the environment we were working in, custom Administrative Roles have been created for all departments and although I was a member of the “Full Control” role, this was a custom role too. It turned out that new features and nodes are visible by default only for the built-in Administrative Role “Technical Managers”

After enabling Logon Performance within all our custom Administrative Roles, Logon Perfomance was visible under diagnostics:

So keep in mind to check your custom Administrative Roles so now and then, so that all required departments are provided the necessary information within the console!
