Zero Client details not visible in Teradici MC

Not that long ago Teradici released the latest version of their PCoIP Management Console. I’m talking ofcourse about version 19.11.1.

Unfortunately after updating our management console, I came across a problem where the details of the Zero Clients were no longer visible in the management console.

So I contacted tech support and eventually they said that they had classified this problem as a known bug and that was that, no solution, no workaround, no nothing.

I did some testing to see if I could find the source of the problem and it looks like it has something to do with the Management Console showing the attached profile settings in the Zero Client details page. This said we can make a workaround in which we can see the settings of a Zero Client. Just create a new group and do not attach a profile. Now move the Zero Clients of which you want to see the settings to this group and like magic you suddenly can see the settings again.

It’s quite a list, so it makes you wonder if this is the best version to upgrade too, or just to wait for the next release.
